By acquiring an account through Mr-digimonster you expressly acknowledge that we are not responsible for any account bans at any point throughout the buying or selling process. You hereby accept that you waive any and all liability to Mr-digimonster (mr-digimonster.com) and hereby agree to hold harmless Mr-digimonster (mr-digimonster.com), their properties, and respective owners for any damages or liabilities incurred as a result of any video game account bans of any kind (Botting, RWT, Mutes, and so on) or any variation of these types of bans on any and all video games listed by Mr-digimonster. Mr-digimonster is in charge of everything from 7 days to a lifetime. depending on the account tier bought for account recoveries. Element Design Ltd company is not liable for (1) any Content posted on Our Services; (2) purchases, sales, or other obligations that may arise between Users; (3) any damages that result through Your use of Our Services; (4) any negative or critical comments that may be posted by other Users through the Services; (5) any of the Third Party Service(s) You may be provided pursuant to Your use of the Services; (6) any third party personally identifiable information you upload or provide to mr-digimonster pursuant to the Services (7) any cost of substitute goods or services

Refunds policy

There are no refunds available. As long as the warranty hasn’t expired, replacements are available. If an account is locked, it cannot be unlocked under any condition or circumstances.- This is due to users buying accounts and reselling them without our permission and having users try to have us recover the accounts back for them so that they may scam others. We will not under any reason recover a locked account for any reason – By buying or purchasing an account from our website or speaking to its owners/associates you hereby agree to all of the above terms.

Verification Of Identity And Payment Process

We at Element Design Ltd company will collect your accurate information following your payment to properly determine that the payment has been authorized by you, we will also require proper documentation of legal documents to sell accounts to Mr-digimonster.

Verification of identity will include:

• Proof of a Paypal being Verified (Screenshot)

• Payment History of a Paypal account (Screenshot)
• A utility or credit card bill to the address matching your PayPal address (Screenshot)
• İf you fail to comply with the above terms and conditions, it may result in delayed payments for accounts, a hold of accounts being delivered to you, or other consequences, Element Design Ltd company reserves the right to manage fraud at our discretion, all fraudulent issues will be resolved and or the customer notified within (72) business hours.

Indemnification

You agree to release, defend, indemnify and hold Mr-digimonster, its affiliates, and employees (collectively, “Indemnitees”) harmless from any legal claim or demand (including reasonable attorney fees) that arises from your actions (or inactions), Your use (or misuse) of our Services, Your breach of the Terms, or You and Your accounts infringement of someone else’s rights. If you are a Bulgaria resident, you waive Bulgaria Civil Code Section 1542, which says: “A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him must have materially affected his settlement with the debtor.” If you are a resident of another jurisdiction, you waive any comparable statute or doctrine.

Additional Terms and Conditions

You are hereby responsible for any charges, fees, taxes or extra costs attached with the purchase and delivery of your items resulting from charges imposed by your relationship with payment services providers or the duties and taxes imposed by your local customs officials or other regulatory body.

kindly note: If an account is not specifically stated as “Hand-done” in the description it may have a muted, botting ban, or other forms of a ban on it that is not permanent, hand-done accounts in the description hereby guarantee that the account will have no botting bans in any form but may have other bans. Mr-digimonster reserves the right to not mention bans due to this fact and may withhold refunds or disputes in these cases.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate the Services or Your account at our discretion without explanation, notice, and liability to Skriti including removing and discarding any items or content within the Service, for any reason, though we will strive to provide a timely explanation. Any suspected fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity that may be grounds for termination of your use of Service, may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities. You may terminate this Agreement by closing your account for the Service. Mr-digimonster will not have any liability whatsoever to you for any suspension or termination. All provisions of this Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including ownership, success fees, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Warranty

• We at mr-digimonster offered warranties based on the tier of the account you have purchased, our Compact model has a 7-day warranty while the more expensive tiers include a lifetime warranty.
• Our warranties comprise only bans related to botting, if your account has been banned for toxicity, scripting, or any other offense it is not covered by the warranty.
• If your purchased a banned account for botting within the warranty period offered by us, you are free to claim a replacement by creating a ticket in our discord server.
• When you create a ticket to ask for a replacement, we require you to send a screenshot of the login screen on the banned account, with mr-digimonster website in the background.
• We also require you to send the login credentials for us to manually confirm that the ban is valid to our warranty.

Governing Law

The party will comply with all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to this Agreement. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Bulgaria without giving effect to its principles regarding conflicts of law. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state. You acknowledge that the Services are of Bulgaria origin and agree to comply with all export laws and regulations of Bulgaria.
